You have connected two Minirigs in wireless stereo and are playing music via Bluetooth. However, the sound is not playing back through both speakers or the sound is cutting out through one or both speakers
- Pause the music/media on your device for 5 seconds. Then press play again. This resets the audio stream and often resolves most issues
- Try moving the Minirigs closer together
- Try moving your phone closer to the master Minirig
- Do not put your phone too close to either Minirig as this may also cause problems with the Bluetooth connection
- Make sure the volume on your device is turned up and that the media is playing smoothly. Note that on PCs, there may be more than one volume control
- Media streaming services such as Spotify can cut out when there is a bad internet connection. Try playing music stored on the device or check your internet connection
- Turn the Bluetooth on your device off and on again – then reconnect
- Turn the Minirigs off and on again – then reconnect them in stereo
- Try connecting and playing music using a different phone or device if you have one.
- Try changing the gain by pressing the button once of using the app.
