Ok, please try this:
- Pause the music for 5 seconds
- Press play
- When music is playing, press the button on the top of the Minirg ONCE (do not press and hold). You should hear the Minirig get louder.
- If it gets quieter when you press the button, press it once again a few seconds later.
- Ensure that the volume on your device is turned up
- Try a different music source on your device.
