Press and hold the button for 2 seconds or more to turn the Minirig on
Open bluetooth settings on your phone. Turn Bluetooth ON, find “MINIRIG 3” and select it to connect
Once connected, play music
Plug the standard audio aux cable into the 3.5mm headphone socket of your phone or device
With the Minirig turned off, plug the other end into either socket on the Minirig
Play music on your phone
You must remove the cable before you can use Bluetooth mode
Press the button (do not hold) to change between LOW and HIGH gain modes
In Bluetooth mode, the default is HIGH gain. In aux mode the default is LOW gain
Plug the charging cable provided into any USB socket.
Plug the round barrel connector into the middle socket of the Minirig
The LED will start fading
When the Minirig is ON, the colour of the LED will represent the battery level
PURPLE = 0-25%
BLUE = 25-50%
CYAN = 50-75%
GREEN=75-100%
When the Minirig is OFF, press the button (do not hold). The LED will light up to show the battery status
Plug your phones charging cable into Minirig charging cable socket labeled “OUT”
Plug your phones charging cable into the charging socket on your phone
Plug the round barrel connector into the middle socket of the Minirig
Ensure the Minirig is turned OFF then press the button (do not hold) to activate power out
Turn the Minirig on in Bluetooth mode
Turn the second Minirig or subwoofer on in aux mode by inserting a 3.5mm aux cable
Plug the other end into either socket of the Bluetooth Minirig
Use the button to change gain so they are both playing in HIGH or LOW gain
Turn on both Minirigs in Bluetooth mode
Start playing some music through one of the Minirigs
Press the button on that Minirig TWICE (two short presses) to start the pairing process. The LED will flash WHITE and RED
After around 20-60 seconds they will connect and music will play through both speakers. You will hear a happy tone and the Minirig will stop flashing.
Turn all the Minirigs on in Bluetooth mode
Connect to one and start playing music
Press the button FOUR times on that Minirig. The LED will flash BLUE/WHITE. This speaker will host the link up
Press the button on other Minirigs THREE times.The LED will flash GREEN/WHITE.
When they pair, you will hear a tone and they will start playing music
Plug your music device into the first Minirig using an aux cable and play music
Link out from the first Minirig to the next Minirig or subwoofer using 3.5mm aux cable
Continue to add as many speakers as you like
Toggle the gain on the Minirigs and subwoofer so they all play at the same volume
To setup a Minirig 3 to play RIGHT channel only, press the button TWO times
To setup a Minirig 3 to play LEFT channel only, press the button THREE times
Plug your music device into the first Minirig using an aux cable and play music
Link out from the first Minirig to the next Minirig or subwoofer using 3.5mm aux cable
Continue to add as many speakers as you like
Toggle the gain on the Minirigs and subwoofer so they all play at the same volume
Turn on the Minirig in Bluetooth mode and connect your iOS or Android device
Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for “Minirig”
Find the Minirig app and install it
When it’s installed, open the app
Follow the on-screen pop-ups to find your way around the app
Turn on the Minirig in Bluetooth mode and connect your iOS or Android device
Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for “Minirig updater”
Find the Minirig updater app and install it
When it’s installed, open the app
Follow the on-screen pop-ups to update your Minirig
